Typical cleaning times by home size
These are typical ranges for a regular clean with one cleaner. Every home is different, so we always confirm before booking.
- Condo or 1-bedroom apartment: about 2 hours
- 2 to 3 bedroom townhouse: about 2.5 to 3.5 hours
- 3 to 4 bedroom detached home: about 3.5 to 5 hours
- Larger homes: we often send two cleaners to finish faster
Regular vs Supreme vs Move in/out
Regular cleaning covers the standard items on our checklist and is the most affordable option for weekly or biweekly upkeep.
Supreme (deep) cleaning adds windowsills, trim, baseboards, blinds, fingerprints on walls, under reachable furniture, light switches, fans and doors, so it takes longer. Learn more about deep cleaning.

What affects the price of a house cleaning?
- Size and layout: more bedrooms, bathrooms and floors take more time.
- Condition: a first clean or a home that hasn't been cleaned in a while takes longer.
- Kitchens, bathrooms and bars: these need 15 to 30 more minutes each.
- Pets: pet hair adds vacuuming and detail time.
- Add-on areas: basements, attics, laundry rooms and sunrooms are quoted separately.
- Frequency: regular weekly or biweekly visits keep each clean shorter.
