What cleaning services do you offer?
We provide residential and commercial cleaning, including weekly, biweekly and one-time house cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, post-renovation cleaning, pre-listing cleaning, custom plans and office and clinic cleaning.
How much do your services cost?
Our pricing starts at $47.50 per hour for one cleaner (CAD), with a 2-hour minimum. We also offer custom quotes based on your needs and budget. There are no hidden fees or contracts.
How long does a typical cleaning take?
A standard home cleaning usually takes 1.5 to 2.5 hours. Offices vary by square footage, and move-in/move-out cleans take longer because they are more detailed. We'll give you an estimate when you book.
What areas do you serve?
Do you use eco-friendly products?
Yes. We use non-toxic, eco-safe cleaning products that are safe for children, pets and allergy-sensitive people.
Will I have the same cleaning team every time?
Yes. We assign the same team to your home or office for every visit whenever possible.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many clients leave a key or entry code. Just leave any notes or our checklist on the counter.
What's included in a deep clean?
A deep clean covers hard-to-reach and forgotten areas like baseboards and trim, behind and under appliances, inside cupboards and drawers, light switches, vents and ceiling fans. We recommend one for first visits and seasonal refreshes.
Do you clean commercial spaces?
Yes. We clean offices, dental and medical clinics, law and real estate offices, storefronts and studios, with flexible scheduling that avoids disrupting your business.
Are you bonded and insured?
Yes. Mighty Maids is fully bonded, insured and WSIB-compliant, and has been family-owned since 1986.
How much does a house cleaner cost?
Mighty Maids starts at $47.50 per hour per cleaner (CAD) with a 2-hour minimum. Most condos take about 2 hours and most 3 to 4 bedroom homes take 3.5 to 5 hours. See our house cleaning cost guide.
Do you offer one-time cleaning?
Yes. We offer one-time cleans, deep cleans and move-out cleans, as well as weekly, biweekly and monthly service.
Do you clean Airbnbs and rental properties?
Yes. Our custom and move in/out cleaning services are ideal for Airbnb turnovers, rentals and property managers.
Can you clean my home the same week?
Often, yes. Contact us with your preferred dates and we'll confirm the earliest available appointment.
Do you require a contract?
No. There are no long-term contracts, and you can reschedule or cancel easily.
