What a move-out clean includes
A move-in/move-out clean includes everything in our Supreme deep clean, plus the areas you can only reach in an empty home:
- Inside and outside of all appliances, including oven, fridge and dishwasher
- Inside and outside of kitchen cabinets and drawers
- Inside bathroom cabinets and vanities
- Interior windows
- Baseboards, trim, doors, light switches and fans
Basements, garages, laundry rooms and other add-on areas can be included with a custom quote. You can see every item on our printable cleaning checklist.
How long does it take?
Most move-out cleans in Caledonia take 4 to 8 cleaner-hours depending on home size and condition. We often send two cleaners so it's done in a single visit.
Tips for moving day
- Book your clean for after the movers leave, ideally the same day or the day after.
- Make sure the power and water are still on.
- Let us know about any problem areas, like an oven that hasn't been cleaned in years.
